Every bathroom in the property received a “down to the studs” restoration. This wasn’t just a cosmetic refresh, but a full technical fit-out including:

• Precision Tiling: New high-quality tiles were laid with expert attention to waterproofing and alignment.
• Premium Fixtures: Installation of modern sanitary ware and hardware, ensuring a spa-like aesthetic and improved water efficiency.

3. Comprehensive Second-Fix Fit Out

To tie the entire project together, a full internal second-fix was executed throughout the home. This phase is where the craftsmanship truly shines, involving the installation of all visible “finishing” elements:

• Electrical & Plumbing: Final installation of sockets, switches, lighting fixtures, and radiator covers.
