This refurbishment project in Capparoe, County Tipperary was a full internal and external upgrade completed by Krana Construction.
The property was improved from the structure outward, starting with energy performance. Internal walls were insulated and airtightness measures were applied to all windows to improve heat retention and overall efficiency.
