This project was completed by Krana Construction at Derry Oak Cottage in Ballina, County Tipperary.
The works involved converting an existing garage and basement into functional living space. The garage was transformed into a games room, creating a dedicated area for recreation and family use. The basement was converted into a new bedroom, adding practical accommodation within the existing footprint of the property.
Internal upgrade works were also carried out to improve the overall finish and usability of the space. These upgrades ensured the new rooms were fully integrated with the rest of the home in terms of comfort and standard.
Externally, landscaping works were completed to enhance the surrounding grounds and improve the overall appearance of the property.
The result is a well executed conversion that maximises available space while upgrading both the interior and exterior of the home.
