Thermal Upgrades

To achieve modern energy ratings within an existing footprint, we implemented a robust insulation strategy:

• Internal Insulation: Installation of high-density insulated wall systems and ceiling thermal barriers to drastically reduce heat loss.
• Airtightness: New internal plastering and surface prep to ensure a seamless, draft-free environment.
• Structural Integrity: Detailed inspection and remediation of the existing bungalow fabric to support the new interior fit-out.

Sustainable Mechanical & Electrical Systems

A primary objective was the decommissioning of legacy systems in favor of high-performance, renewable technology:

• Renewable Heating: Installation of a high-efficiency Air-to-Water Heat Pump system, providing a low-carbon alternative to traditional fossil fuel heating.
• System Integration: A complete mechanical overhaul, including a new plumbing network designed for low-temperature heating efficiency.
• Electrical Infrastructure: A comprehensive full re-wire of the property, ensuring all circuits meet current safety regulations and support modern appliances.

Internal Fit-Out & Architectural Finishes

Once the core infrastructure was modernized, our team executed a full internal fit-out to elevate the home’s aesthetic and functional value:

• Joinery & Flooring: Precision installation of all internal woodwork, including bespoke skirting, architraves, and premium flooring.
• Surface Finishing: Expert plastering and paint-ready surfaces throughout the living and sleeping quarters.
• Turnkey Delivery: Final commissioning of all services to provide the client with a move-in ready, energy-efficient home.
