HSE Building Renovation
Krana Construction completed a detailed upgrade of the first floor link between two buildings for Carr Architects.
The old link structure came down first.
Everything stripped back to its bones so the team could rebuild with cleaner lines and better performance.
New insulation went into the floors, walls, and ceiling.
Then insulated slab on the walls and ceilings.
A smooth skim coat.
A clean painted finish.
The top layer shifted the look again.
A new Bauder rubber roof installed for strength and weathering.
Metal stand and seam panels added along the sides to sharpen the profile and carry the modern detailing through the whole link.
The result is a tighter envelope and a more solid connection between both buildings.
Warm. Efficient. Built to last.
