Krana Construction carried out a full set of upgrade works at the site in Doon, Co. Limerick.
The project focused on safety, access, and essential building improvements.
New rear doors were installed along with a new front door.
The team reshaped the external areas with fresh footpaths and ramps at the rear to improve access and movement around the building.
Plumbing upgrades were completed by Crowe Heating and Plumbing.
Electrical upgrade works were handled by Martin O Toole Electrical, including the installation of a new fire alarm system.
Inside the building all new fire doors were fitted.
These were supplied by Tipperary Doors under Noel Morris.
The fire protection layer was strengthened further.
Fire slabbing added.
Corridors upgraded for fire resistance and safer compartmentation.
The result is a safer building with better access and a cleaner, more reliable internal fitout.
